Kieran's first weeks in primary school

Just wanted to record some of the more memorable incidents about Kieran's first 3 weeks in school. Hopefully, I'll scrapbook some of these so that when he looks back when he grows older, he'll too, laugh at these little things that he does.

{First day of school}
Kiefer came home before Kieran left for school on the school bus:
1st words from Kiefer: KIERAN!
Upon hearing the voice of his brother (he was showering): KIEFER!
*excited chattering*!!
Then the squabbling starts.

During recess:
Kieran was so funny. Saw him hop from 1 stall to another during recess. But once he got his food, it took him all of 5 min to wolf it down. His buddy is lagi funny. I got them when they were returning plates. Took a few photos. The entire time, his buddy held on to him so tightly and hurried him to go back to class. They prob still had 25min on the clock.

Bedtime:
The boys are all tired out from day 1 of school. Both are already fast asleep since before 10pm. Didn't have to keep nagging at them even. Peaceful!

{Second day of school}
We were all siting in the living room waiting. And the thought that went through my mine was that it was that it feels funny that we are all home but Kieran isn't.

Recess:
He ate spaghetti. He paid 90c for it.

{4 Jan 2013}
Kieran came home said that he was made leader of his team. He says he has give out things and stuff. That's a pretty good start.

{Week 2}
He spent 30c on a crab stick and $1.20 on a black zebra marker! *rolls eyes* This one starts young!

*He's always wanted a black marker of his own and is always borrowing mine. I think he must have been so darn happy when he saw one selling at the bookshop and that he had money in his pocket to buy one all for himself. When he came home, he said that the bookshop aunty said "borrow". But we asked if he paid money for it, he said $1.20. Had a hard time trying to convince him that he actually bought the item and could keep it. He didn't let me label it and went again on Monday to ask the bookshop aunty if he could keep it. :P The aunty told him "unless you have used it" and he came home asking me if he used the marker. I'm sure the aunty probably told him (when he first bought it) that he could borrow the marker or that he could return the marker if he didn't use it! In any case, he bought the marker to cross out days on his calendar! :P *
